Emergency responders in Clinton successfully rescued a dog whose paw had become trapped in a metal grate on Sunday.
The Fire Department responded to the distress call and quickly arrived on the scene to assist the animal. Using snips, a Dremel tool, and a spray bottle to keep the leg cool and clean, crews carefully freed the dog from the grate without causing harm.
Fortunately, officials confirmed that the dog did not suffer any visible injuries during the ordeal.
In a statement following the rescue, Clinton Fire Department emphasized their readiness to assist in any emergency, whether involving humans or animals.
